Care Type Assessment

Placement Guidance

Care Plan Review

Not sure whether home care, assisted living, or memory care fits? We map your parent's actual needs against real care options—no assumptions, no defaults.

We evaluate specific facilities on your behalf—staffing ratios, inspection records, care culture—and tell you what we actually find, not what the brochure says.

Already placed but uncertain the plan is right? We read the clinical documentation and translate what it means for your family's specific decisions going forward.

Every engagement is paid directly by you. That fee structure is what keeps the advice independent—we have no financial relationship with any facility, insurer, or placement network.

• How it works

A structured roadmap from the first call

1. Intake call

We spend 30 minutes understanding exactly where your family is—diagnosis, timeline, finances, and what's already been tried. No intake forms to fill out first.

2. Working session

We analyze options against your specific situation and walk you through what each one actually involves—costs, care levels, tradeoffs, and red flags to watch for.

3. Written next steps

"One of the most valuable services I offer is the development of a personalized Clinical Roadmap. Many families feel overwhelmed after touring multiple communities because they aren't sure what they are looking at. I remove that confusion. Whether I am attending a tour by your side or providing remote insight, my goal is to ensure you have a professional evaluation of the care level being offered.

The hard decisions get easier with clarity.

Most families call us when they're already in crisis. Some call before. Either way, the first conversation costs nothing and changes the shape of what comes next.
